Domenica Jackson has spent over a decade in corporate offices in Sydney's CBD, leaving the corporate world behind to start her own business in 2001. Starting a café in the foyer of a commercial building - where there wasn't one previously was a great challenge and gave Domenica the opportunity to work in an industry she felt passionate about and loved - coffee. Domenica sold Atrium Espresso Bar but has returned to focus on office coffee and Bluebird Beverage Solutions which has launched Mars Flavia drinks concept in Australia.
